Nicole Rae Foote (Williams), beloved mother, daughter, sister, and friend, age 43 passed away suddenly on February 26, 2024.

Known as “Mommy”, “Nikki”, “Ninnie Bug”, or “Nik” by her family, she chose to go by “Nicole” in her adult life. Nikki was born in Columbus, Ohio on March 25, 1980 to her parents Connie Umberger and J. Craig Williams.

In 1996, Nikki moved with her mother and sister to Wilmington, Delaware.

Nikki graduated from Concord High School in 1998. In 2023, she earned her Associate degree from Delaware Technical Community College and was inducted into the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.

She was continuing her educational journey by attending classes at Wilmington University in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree.

Nikki is the very proud Mother of two amazing sons, who she adored and who adored her immensely! Connie and Bob Umberger will continue the loving guardianship of the boys. She will always be remembered for her dedication and love towards her sons, her witty humor and friendly personality.

Nikki is survived by her two loving and amazing sons Michael Foote and Alexander Foote, Connie Umberger (Bob) and J. Craig Williams (KC), sisters Jessica Williams and Lauren Umberger, grandmother Sally Dickson and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. She is preceded in death by her sister Kristin Umberger.
