Peggy M. Messick passed away on February 21, 2024 at Accent Care, Wilmington.
She was born in Caraway, Arkansas to the late Otto and Goldey Byrd. Peggy was a homemaker and member of Newark Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her husband James J. Messick and her great-grandson, Chance Joannides. Peggy is survived by her daughter, Debra M. Carll (Richard), her granddaughters, Ferris Joannides and Laura Carll, her great-grandchildren, Hope Joannides, Silas and Leia Haasen.
