William (Bill) Deane Belcher, age 60, of Newark passed away peacefully on February 4th, 2024. He was predeceased by his parents, Lois and Wilbur Belcher and his brother Alex Belcher. Bill is survived by his wife, Christine (Tine) of 16 years and his two sisters, Robin and Tinsley.
Bill was a very gifted musician and a kind and gentle soul who will be missed by many. Bill can finally breathe easy and be at rest after a long illness.
Services will be held Friday February 9th at 11:00 am in the Chapel at Grace Episcopal Church, 4900 Concord Pike Wilmington, DE 19803. Reception will follow.
