On January 9, 2024, our beautiful and loving Elizabeth “Liz” Needles departed this world. It is a loss that will be felt by her entire family and countless others who loved her deeply.
She was born to the late Edmond and Elizabeth Grady. Liz is survived by her husband, Charles “Chuck” Needles, with whom she shared 30 loving and fun-filled years; her two sons, Scott A. Mitchell and David M. Mitchell (Liya); mother-in-law, Mary Ann Needles, siblings, Edmond Grady (Lori), Christopher Grady (Cindy), and Rosie McNulty (Daniel); and the light of her life, her grand-daughter, Evie.
Friends may call on Thursday, January 18, 2024 from 1:00 to 2:00 pm, at the McCrery & Harra Funeral Home, 3924 Concord Pike (Rt. 202), Wilmington, Delaware 19803 where a memorial service will follow at 2:00 pm.
