Wendy Ellen Kelly, age 70, of Collingdale, PA, and formerly of Dexter, Maine, and Lusby, Maryland, passed away on December 11, 2023. She is the daughter of the late Vera Joy (Hooven) and Howard Rae Kelly. Wendy graduated from Upper Darby High School in 1971 and earned a bachelor’s degree from West Chester University in 1984 in Psychology.
She was a gifted artist in music and art.
She is survived by her son, Dylan Hardy; two brothers, Rex Kelly and his wife Carla and David Kelly and his wife Kathleen; 5 nieces and a nephew: Kristi Kelly of Sacramento, CA; Sarah, Susan, and Elizabeth Kelly of Wilmington, DE; Allison Salem and her husband Paul of Guilford, CT; Aidan Kelly of Bloomfield, CT.
A memorial service will be held at 11 am on Wednesday, January 3, 2024, at Bethel Baptist Church, 1217 Wilson Road, Wilmington. Burial will be held privately in the spring in Sangerville, Maine.
