William Fenner, beloved husband and father, passed away November 13, 2023 after a sudden illness.
Bill was preceded in death by his daughter, Pam, his son, Joe, and his brother, John.
He is survived by his loving wife, Beth, their sons, Ian and Kyle, and his brother, Steve (Debbie).
A Celebration of Life service will be held December 2, 2023 at 1:00 at Grace Lutheran Church, 2033 Graves Road, Hockessin.
