Henry C. Lynch, Jr., age 95, of Wilmington, died October 5, 2023 with his family by his side.
Henry retired with 40 years of service at DuPont Company, Ag Products Dept. in 1986. Then he worked part time for 16 years at Zeneca, Fairfax office. He was a long-time member of Faith Presbyterian Church, and loved to travel with his family.
Henry was predeceased by his parents, Henry Sr. and Dorothy, son David W., brother Edward, and sister Sara Bilecki.
He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years Mary Lou, son James E. of Frederick, MD, sister Dorothy Schuermann of Charleston, SC, nephews Craig Schuermann of Charleston, SC and Rich Schuermann of New Jersey, and niece Sally Wytko of Batlle Creek, MI.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 10 at 11 am at Faith Presbyterian Church, 720 Marsh Rd., Wilmington, DE 19810 where friends are invited to pay their respects at 10 am.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Faith Presbyterian Church.
