Josephine Ferrara passed away on September 30th surrounded by her family at home.
She was born in Detroit, Michigan to the late Joseph and Ada Dino. Josephine “Pep” was a homemaker and known for her extravagant holiday meals. Pep was an avid reader and was always ready for a game of pinochle or Scrabble.
Josephine was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Ferrara, her sons, Anthony J. Ferrara (Darlene), Joseph Ferrara Jr. (Diane), Stephen C. Ferrara (Kim) and her grandson, Joseph A. Ferrara. Josephine is survived by her brother, Carl Witt (Marie) and her children, Sam Ferrara Sr. (Joanne), Michael A. Ferrara (Dianna), Nina Ferrara, 12 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
