Robertson, Tracy Anne

Tracy Anne Robertson, age 63, died peacefully on September 20, 2023 in Wilmington, Delaware. She is survived by her husband Scot of Wilmington, Delaware and her sister Virginia, of Radnor, Pennsylvania.

Tracy was best known for her vivid imagination, remarkable intellect and sense of humor. Her love of literature and affinity for language along with her keen observational power made her a gifted writer of poems and essays. Her hobbies and interests included a love of animals and nature, a passion for travel, classical music, and French and Japanese language arts and culture. Throughout her life, Tracy’s steadfast commitment to social justice was reflected in her engagement with local and national political campaigns.

To those who knew and loved her, Tracy was appreciated most for her generosity of spirit and unending kindness. She extended herself graciously helping anyone who was in need. She was cherished for her compassion and empathy in both her close relationships and with the many people she encountered along her life’s journey.

Tracy attended Lafayette College and Ursinus College, where she studied French literature, German, and Japanese. In her early career, she served as an assistant vice president in commercial real estate development at Acorn Development and later as a manager in investment services at The Vanguard Group.
